1 400g/14 oz package banana muffin mix
1 cup PaediaSure Shake ready-to-drink, vanilla flavour
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F. Use paper baking liners for the muffin pan. Combine muffin mix, PaediaSure Shake ready-to-drink, oil, chocolate chips, and eggs. Beat 50 to 75 strokes until mix is moistened. It will look lumpy. Fill muffin liners 3/4 full. Bake for 15 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Cool pan on a rack for 5 minutes. Remove the muffins. Serve warm or cooled to room temperature.
