Scrambled Egg Breakfast Burrito

Spice up breakfast for your fussy eater 

Breakfast blues? Say ‘hola’ to this totally tasty breakfast burrito enriched with PaediaSure Shake. Quick to make and bursting with nutrition, your little amigos will be hollering for more.

Makes 2 servings | Takes 10 minutes


  • 1 cup PaediaSure Shake ready-to-drink, vanilla flavour

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 tsp. butter or vegetable oil

  • 1/4 cup salsa

  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated

  • 2 medium whole wheat tortillas


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together PaediaSure Shake ready-to-drink and eggs. In a large saucepan, heat butter over medium heat and add the egg mixture. Continue to heat, stirring occasionally, until the desired texture is reached. Divide cooked eggs onto tortillas, top with cheese and salsa. Roll them up and enjoy.


  • These can be made ahead of time, refrigerated, and warmed in the microwave just before serving.
